Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
In short: this website doesn't use cookies or analytics and doesn't store anything you type. When you book or message Said, he receives the details you give him so he can arrange and run your sessions. He doesn't sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.
1. Who we are
This website and the coaching services it describes are run by Said Kabil, a sole trader ("we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Contact: Kabilsaid81@gmail.com · London, United Kingdom (full postal address on request by email)
2. When you browse this website
- We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind. See the Cookie Policy.
- Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
- Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept for up to 30 days.
3. When you book a session
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, a scheduling service, which acts on our behalf. The booking calendar only loads from Cal.com if you choose to open it. When you book, Cal.com collects:
- your name and email address
- the session, date and time you choose
- anything you choose to write in the notes field
- technical data needed to run the calendar, such as your time zone and IP address
We use these details to confirm, manage and remind you about your booking.
4. When you message us
If you contact Said on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or by email, we receive your name, phone number or username and the content of your messages. These services are run by third parties (WhatsApp and Instagram by Meta) and their own privacy policies also apply.
5. Health information
Before your first session, Said will ask you some health questions, for example about injuries, medical conditions, medication or pregnancy, so that training is safe for you. Health information is a special category of data under UK GDPR. We only collect it with your explicit consent, use it only to keep you safe in training, keep it secure and share it with no one except where needed in a medical emergency. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but we may not be able to train you safely without it.
6. If you become a client
We keep your contact details, your bookings and attendance, the training notes needed to plan your sessions, and records of what you've paid.
7. Why we use your data and our lawful basis
| What we do | Lawful basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answer your enquiry, take your booking and run your sessions | Contract, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) |
| Use your health information to train you safely | Your explicit consent (Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)) |
| Keep payment and tax records | Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) |
| Keep the website secure | Our legitimate interests in running a safe website (Article 6(1)(f)) |
| Use for any emergency involving you during a session | Your vital interests (Articles 6(1)(d) and 9(2)(c)) |
We will only send you marketing, such as offers or newsletters, if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
8. Who we share it with
- Cal.com, for bookings and booking emails, and its service providers, including Cloudflare (security) and Sentry (error monitoring)
- Netlify, our hosting provider, to run this website
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), only if you choose to contact us there
- Google, for the calendar and email account Said uses to confirm your sessions
- Police, courts or regulators, if the law requires it
We never sell your personal data.
9. Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or by the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
10. How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that don't lead to a booking | 6 months |
| Client records and training notes | While you train with Said, and 2 years after your last session |
| Health questionnaires | 2 years after your last session |
| Payment and tax records | As long as HMRC requires. For sole traders, at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the tax year. For companies, 6 years from the end of the financial year. |
11. Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, keep devices locked and password protected, and limit access to your data to what's needed to train you.
12. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access a copy of your personal data
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, contact us at Kabilsaid81@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month. It's free in most cases.
13. Children
Our services and this website are for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
14. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first at Kabilsaid81@gmail.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we're doing about it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.

We'll update this page if anything changes and show the new date at the top.
